We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We accept returns for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of your order. Returned products must be in unused, sellable condition with all original labels, packaging, pamphlets, and inserts (if applicable). Refunds may take up to 14 days upon arrival to be fully processed.

Shipping costs to return an item are not included. We can provide a prepaid shipping label for a flat fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Our Customer Service Department reviews each request carefully. Items that are approved for warranty coverage will be repaired, or replaced with a reconditioned item.
